Can you offer culturally themed culinary services?

Yes! We specialize in Kenyan traditional cuisine and have extensive experience with Kikuyu, Luo, Luhya, Maasai, Somali, Swahili Coast, and other cultural event menus. We source fresh local ingredients and respect culinary traditions.

What is the minimum guest count for catering?

We cater for events from as small as 20 guests to 5,000+ guests. For intimate gatherings under 50 guests, we recommend our standard package. Contact us for a customized quote regardless of your group size.

Do you cater outside Nairobi?

Yes! We serve events across Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Kiambu, Machakos, and beyond. Transport costs are calculated based on distance and are included in your quotation.

What is your payment and deposit policy?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cheque payments. Full details in our Booking Policy.

Do you offer alcoholic beverages and bar services?

Yes! We provide full bar services including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks. Our licensed mixologists can set up mobile bar stations at your venue. Bar services are quoted separately.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance. Corporate events and smaller parties can be arranged within 1–2 weeks. We accept urgent bookings subject to availability — call us!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We provide Halal-certified menus, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, diabetic-friendly, and other dietary options. Please specify requirements during the quotation process.

Do you provide tables, chairs, and tents?

Yes! We offer full equipment packages including tables, chairs, tents/marquees, linen, chafing dishes, crockery, glassware, and cutlery. These can be added to your catering package at additional cost.
